Kajita was the Director of Project Finance, Privatization of UNIBANCO between 1997/05, with extensive experience in the structuring of projects in sugar & ethanol production, electricity, co-generation, oil & gas, transports - including railroads, toll roads and ports, water and sewerage and others.
Kajita holds a B.S. degree on Aeronautic Engineering from the Aeronautical Technological Institute - ITA (1975) and a MBA degree from The University of Chicago (1985).
